Montrail Davis is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. While there he majored in marketing and minored in management. He used the skills and knowledge he gained to enter the sales and finance industry. After five years of doing corporate work he decided to change to a profession that was more meaningful to him.
Ashley is a proud Navy wife and mom to 3 awesome kids. She attended Stephen F Austin State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and is currently enrolled at Lamar University in their Masters of Educational Leadership program.
Chilquita attended Wiliam Carey University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology. Chilquita is a native of Mississippi. She is a wife and a mother of two (Gregory and Shardae). She has been in many entities of education for 15 years, serving as a principal's secretary, teacher's assistant, and substitute teacher.
My calling into the teaching field began way before I was born. For as long back as my family history goes, we have been educators and administrators for all children of many different backgrounds. In my over 20 years of experience, I have taught in computer labs, math classrooms, special education, and coached basketball. The common theme across all grade levels of students is the need for positive relationships with their teachers.
Brianna attended the University of the Incarnate Word, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a double minor in reading and special education. She began her teaching career in Plano ISD in 2018 as an elementary special education teacher and still holds that same position.
Kenya will be entering her 17th year in education as a Business and AVID teacher in Plano ISD. With a Bachelors in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin and a Masters in Education from Concordia University Austin, Kenya's purpose is to empower all students to realize their goals and dreams. Kim attended Stephen F. Austin State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She later attended Amberton University where she received her Masters degree in School Counseling. Kim has been in the education field for 17 years, serving as a teacher for 8 years and currently as a school counselor for the last 9. Kim joined Plano ISD in 2017.
I have been teaching going on 18 years. I graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Finance and later earned my MS in global e-learning from Texas A&M Commerce. I'm starting my 8th year in Plano at Carpenter MS. I teach 7th grade math/science and new this year the cheer coach.
Frank Smith graduated from Grambling State University, earning his bachelor's degree in sociology and minoring in psychology. Frank started his career in education as a grad research assistant while earning his master's in social science. While in graduate school, he participated and presented research on gerontology and social and environmental justice.
