Rhonda hails from Arkansas but has called Texas her home for more than twenty years.

Dianne Shaw is an 8th Grade Reading Interventionist, Motivator, and Inspiring Instructional Coach. I have been employed with Garland I.S.D. for 15 years. Thirteen of those years, I facilitated the Scholastic Read 180 Intervention Program (6th-8th) for Special Ed. and Regular Ed. at Lyles Middle School. After 13 years at Lyles, I was fortunate to have an opportunity to work with on-level 8th graders as a Reading Interventionist at the Classical Center at Brandenburg.

Dallas born and raised, she knew that she wanted to make a difference in the city that made a difference in me. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Literary Studies with an emphasis in Education from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2006. Passionate about kids, she coached and taught students in schools located in the South Dallas, Oak Cliff, and Pleasant Grove areas of Dallas, where there is the most need for qualified teachers who care.

My oldest is a senior at the University of North Texas and the youngest is a sophomore at Oklahoma State University. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas where she obtained her Bachelors in Liberal Arts and Communication, and later a Masters in Secondary Education with an Emphasis in Teacher Leadership.
